TfW commissioned our team to provide cost and contract management services on the Interchange, for a three-month period, to cover a temporary resource transition. Working collaboratively with the Main Contractor, ISG, we restored relationships, and successfully administered the Contract, agreeing multiple Compensation Events efficiently to allow the project works to continue, and generated Client savings of over £60,000.
