Our carbon reduction plan

At XCOM Services we are committed to reaching net zero greenhouse gas emissions across our UK operations by 2050 at the latest. Our Carbon Reduction Plan has been prepared in line with the Government’s Procurement Policy Note PPN 006. It sets out our first organisational carbon footprint of 6.04 tCO2e for the year ending 31 January 2026, and our target to cut absolute emissions by 20% by 2031.

Most of our emissions come from business travel, so our focus is practical: rail-first travel, virtual meetings where they work, zero-emission company vehicles and better data to track our progress. We review and update the plan every year.
