The XCOM team supported TfW Rail with a programme to roll out the installation of defibrillators at stations across the Wales and Borders network. Our team defined the strategy and engaged with SMEs via Sell2Wales to install the defibrillator. Our approach successfully engaged the supply chain, with two SME suppliers appointed to deliver the works in strategic geographical areas. This enabled the lifesaving equipment to be available to the public at the earliest possible opportunity.
